We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are not in stock at the time of purchase and require additional time for production and fulfillment.

  • Pre-order items will ship once production is complete.
  • Shipping dates for pre-orders are estimates and may change due to production delays, supply issues or high demand.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept the extended shipping timeline.

Combined Orders

IF your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise stated. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once’s delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Final Sale Notice

All orders, including pre-orders, are final sales. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
